How much does it cost?
A 30-day subscription costs $10, payable in cryptocurrency. Card payments are coming soon. Every new user also gets a 24-hour free trial — no payment required.
My trial expired. Can I get another one?
The free trial is one-time per user. To continue receiving alerts, activate a 30-day subscription for $10.
I'm not receiving any job alerts. What should I do?
- Filters saved — press ⚙️ Open Filters and make sure you've selected at least one category
- Subscription active — press 👤 My Account to check your status and expiry date
- Alerts not paused — if the menu shows 🔔 Resume, alerts are paused. Tap it to resume
- Filters too restrictive — too many keywords, stop words, or strict budget/client filters can block most jobs. Try removing some or broadening your settings

What happens when my subscription expires?
Job alerts pause. Your filters and settings stay saved — just reactivate to resume. See Managing Subscription.
Can I extend my subscription before it expires?
Yes. The new 30 days are added to your remaining time — not replaced. For example, 5 days left + new subscription = 35 days total.
Do I keep my filters after my subscription expires?
Yes — your filters, keywords, and all settings remain saved. You don't need to reconfigure anything when you reactivate.
Is it safe to pay with crypto?
Yes. Neither upHunter nor NowPayments has access to your private keys — you send funds manually to the provided address. See Pay with Crypto.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. upHunter never auto-charges or sets up recurring payments. When your subscription expires, alerts simply pause — nothing happens until you manually decide to renew. There are no surprise charges.
Is upHunter affiliated with Upwork?
No. upHunter is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Upwork in any way. The official Upwork website can be found at upwork.com.
Do you need access to my Upwork account?
No. upHunter doesn't require your Upwork login, password, API token, or any form of account access. Your Upwork account stays completely untouched — we simply scan public job listings and send you notifications in Telegram. There is nothing to connect, authorize, or link.
Can I use upHunter without Telegram?
No — upHunter is a Telegram bot. All job alerts are delivered through Telegram.
